Shipping policy

Products are made to order. Most products ship within 5-7 business days, but during times noted by away messages or sales, this is extended as detailed in the sale/message. 

Rod orders take a long time to source components, build, and ship. We do not offer lead time estimates. If you are in a hurry, please purchase the “expedited guarantee” at the time of order. 

Rod purchase price includes a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is held in the event of cancellation. Chargebacks related to attempted recovery of non-refundable deposit will be met with collections/legal action depending on conditions.
